These are the definitions of Intelligence and qualification according to the Cambridge Dictionary:
Intelligence noun (ability)
the ability to learn, understand, and make judgments or have opinion that are base on reason.
Qualification noun (training)
an offical record showing that you have finished a training course or have the necessary skills; an ability characteristic, or experience that makes you suitable for a particular jo or activity.
Then ntelligence is the ability to learn, to understand and to reason about concepts, facts or meanings. On the other hand, qualification is when someone has prepared to perform certain task or exercise some position.
From my perspective, to be qualified required a process, it is necessary to have trained, anybody can obtain skills trough of your academic formation or in the enviremont where you developmet, and during this process either in at school, at home, or in any activity, then that person use this ability: intelligence to be able to obtain knowledge, skills and to be improve, all of this cause to be prepared. So I think, intelligence is part of qualification.
