I think that academic degrees are not related
to intelligence, in some cases there are very intelligent people who do not
have a career. Intelligence is not only to have knowledge, for me it is to be
able to solve problems that appear. The people who have a qualification are
dedicated, responsible and constant, and they had the opportunity to pay the
expenses. There are people who wanted to study but for lack of money they did
not.
However to get some work is necessary one or
several qualifications because these support the skills of the candidate. If
you want to get a better job with a good salary, you have to study more to have
knowledge about what you want. They also make you have more knowledge and have
work options. Although this also has its exceptions, for example successful
people like Bill Gates who did not finish the university, and became one of the
richest people in the world by creating software Microsoft. Let me give other
example: Mark Zuckerberg who was studying in Harvard when he created Facebook.
He did not finish his major until long after becoming a millionaire. In
conclusion, in my view there are people very intelligent with or without
qualifications.

I think your grades don’t define your
intelligence because you may have only worked hard to get a good grade, but
that doesn’t mean that you really have learned or know how to apply that
knowledge in real situation.
There are many things that define what is
needed for a job, most jobs today require a degree, but not only that, now it
is also required to have skills in many aspects and experience. Having a degree
and skills gives you a better chance of getting a job, but it is important to
mention that there are people who don’t have a degree for a variety of reasons
and that doesn’t mean that they don’t have the opportunity to have a similar
job, the abilities and even the experience, only doesn’t have a degree; a good
example of this are masons who can build houses by themselves and not precisely
studied to be able to do it. Of course, it is not applicable to all jobs, such
as the medical sciences and others.
